Romney clueless about widespread abuse of Billions in Social Security Title IV-D and WAVA Funds destroying children

February 19, 2012

Politicians are TOTALLY ignorant of the widespread abuse of custody & order of protection laws used by corrupt courts & court-appointed attorneys (child representatives & guardian ad litems) to make false allegations against parents (mothers or fathers), get false orders of protection by wrongfully villifying parents with just hearsay and no due process, wrongfully destroy relationships between a parent a child, & then rape the estates of the family including confiscating college funds to pay court appointed attorneys as much as $400/hr or $300K/ case.

See how Romney is totally clueless and ignorant on this topic.

They also pay these court-appointed blood sucking lawyers, in this cottage industry, by federal dollars, Social Security Title IV-D funds, and dollars from VAWA (Violence Against Woman Act).  This is federal felony funding fraud to misuse these funds.  This is NOT in the best interest of the children.

Billions have been wasted in Social Security Titile IV-D and WAVA funds that are fraudulently used across the country to enrich the corrupt courts and court-appointed lawyers, while destroying families and children, the direcct opposite of what these laws were enacted to prevent.

Banks’ $ 26 billion agreement for foreclosure settlement an INSULT to Americans

February 11, 2012

The big banks have made a killing reaping huge profits and their executives getting tens of millions in bonuses during this downturn in the economy.  The auto industry has been bailed out to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars. Yet the government is letting the banks get aware with their misdeeds that have destroyed millions of Americans with a slap on the wrist. The rich have gotten richer raping the middle class into poverty.

Giving the 4 million Americans that lost homes in foreclosure $2,000 each is an absolute insult.  This won’t make a down-payment on a home or pay for rent for more than two months or pay for a mortgage payment for more than two months.  This is spitting in the wind – an absolute insult to all of us.  These people have lost in general $100,000 or more in equity in their homes when the housing prices dropped from under them.  Any equity they had was lost because of the malfeasance of the banks in encouraging bad loans.

Of the eleven million Americans whose homes have values less than the mortgage, the average amount over the value that the families owe is $50,000.  It is an absolute insult to state that this will be reduced by $20,000.  Whether it is $20,000 or $50,000 that is owed beyond the value of the house, this will make no difference in their ability to pay the mortgage and keep the house out of foreclosure.

The bottom line is that the government is letting the banks get away Scott free and throwing a small number 1/11 homeowners (about one million) who are under water a bone and throwing 4 million who are now destitute and who have already lost their homes another bone, purely as a publicity stunt.

We expect better.  The people need to be bailed out as well as the 1%. We should demand a bailout in the range of at least $260 Billion rather than $26 Billion.   This new plan will do  nothing except allow the rich, the banks, and the government to say in the papers that they are “solving” the problem.  Mr. President and the banks – this is BULLSHIT!

Words of Wisdom – How we could stop the violence

February 5, 2012

Russia and China have made gravely poor choices in their vote in the United Nations yesterday concerning sanctions against Syria for their violence against their own people.  Russia is one of Syria’s biggest arms suppliers and of course if they sanction Syria or criticize them, this may threaten their trade in arms with Syria. China has a tradition of non-interference with the decisions of other governments concerning their own people. Syria is also a key hub in the century’s old silk road trading routes for China with the rest of the world. Though culturally and strategically correct for them for centuries and with great respect for their traditions and wisdom, I now call upon China to understand that the world has changed and that their traditional view of non-interference with other country’s internal affairs and their interest in preservation of their ancient trading hubs may no longer be wise. I call upon Russia to put the ethical issue of saving lives and discouraging regimes from killing their people at a higher level of importance than trade in arms.

This is an opportunity for both Russia and China to lead the world’s governments ethically, morally, and spiritually regarding treatment of their own people. They, by taking a stance against the Syrian brutality and massacre of their own people, could make a sea change in the direction that world governments choose. Sometimes great leaps are needed to achieve much needed change. This is a time for leadership and I call upon Russia and China to tap their tremendously valuable potential to lead. I lo0k forward to their future guidance on important issues.

War does more harm than good.  The U.N. should be given greater power to intervene and stop wars or violence against citizens of a country.

Violence against one’s own people is particularly abhorrent.

The veto of Russia and China regarding the violence in Syria are intolerable. I call upon them to rethink their stance.

The U.N. and individual countries should think outside the box and invent ways to force leaders to come up with  proposed solutions, then the people should be presented these proposals and should decide, either by direct vote or representative council that was elected by the people through direct vote.

Most people will have a hard time believing the fact that there are fewer conflicts today than at any time in history, and that in these conflicts, there are fewer casualties.  We no longer send thousands marching across mine fields or line them up facing each other and firing volleys of bullets and shells that rip apart flesh.

With creative thinking, dialogue and debate will be the method of solving conflicts in the future, and this will be policed and forced by a United World.  I treasure the thought that this day is possible in my lifetime.

Albert Einstein – one of the greatest scientists of our time, was also one of the wisest sages I know.

Albert Einstein’s words are very meaningful:

Heroism on command, senseless violence and all the loathsome nonsense that goes by the name of patriotism – how passionately I hate them!
